Tammy took inspiration from this photo of fall foliage reflected in the water at Oxbow Bend at Grand Teton National Park in Wyoming by Vishpala Kadam.
Teton Sunset is naturally dyed using marigolds, weld, alkanet, logwood and coreopsis flowers on The Happiest Yarn, a light worsted-weight blend from Wing & A Prayer Farm's Shetland, Clun Forest and Cormo fleeces. It comes in 300-yard skeins that would look beautiful in a range of garments. The Happiest Yarn has been featured in Mary Jane Mucklestone’s The Happiest Hat and Thea Colman’s Blended Scotch Mitts.
The gauge is about 5-7 stitches/inch on size US 5-7 (3.75 or 4.5 mm) needles.
Your stashing benefits a good cause: 10% of all sales will be divided between the National Park Foundation and the Native American Rights Fund.
