Shipping policy

Orders of in-stock merchandise will be shipped in 1-2 business days. All items are shipped via USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority depending on weight and destination. Customers also have the option to select Priority Mail Express shipping at checkout.

When we create your shipping label, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

Insurance is included for domestic purchases. If you are purchasing from overseas and do not select Priority Mail International, we cannot refund lost packages.

International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties and/or taxes at the destination. Indie Untangled is not responsible for these fees.
