The listings below are for a deposit to book your spot at Indie Untangled's Mount Rainier Retreat, from August 4-7, 2025. The total price is included in each listing.
If you are sharing your accommodations, you will need to add a roommate deposit to your order, or have your roommate purchase it separately. Make sure to add the information about your party (roommate names and any dietary restrictions) in the fields on the listing page. We don’t match roommates and ask that you make prior arrangements if you’re looking to share a cabin.
If your preferred room type is listed as sold out, you can join our waitlist.
Your second payment will be due on April 4 and final payment will be due by June 4. Failure to pay balances will result in cancelation of your registration. You will receive an invoice for each payment. Please make sure we have the correct email address associated with your booking.
We understand if you have a change in plans and will provide a 90% refund up until June 4, 2025. After that date, refunds of 90% will be made based on the ability to rebook your space. Refund requests must be made to lisa@indieuntangled.com.
