All bookings require a deposit. If you are sharing your accommodations, please add a roommate deposit to your order, or have your roommate purchase it separately. Please add the information about your party (roommate names and any dietary restrictions) in the fields on the listing page.
After your initial deposit, a second deposit for everyone in your party is due by March 7, 2023. The final deposit is due by June 7, 2023. If your balances are not received by this date, your retreat registration will be canceled and we will contact people on our waiting list.
After June 7, all registrations will require the full payment. If you are booking with a roommate, you will book/pay for the available cabin at the listed price and a roommate deposit, and will receive an invoice for the final cost.
If your preferred room type is listed as sold out, you can join our waitlist.
We understand if you have a change in plans and will provide a 95% refund up until June 7, 2023. After that date, refunds of 95% will be made based on the ability to rebook your space. Refund requests must be made to firstname.lastname@example.org.
